We use various different carriers to ship your orders and automatically work out delivery charges based on a number of factors such as weight and value of orders as well as it's destination.
- Our main carriers are DPD, DHL and Royal Mail, on occasion we may use alternative carriers.
- Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day using your chosen delivery service. ( Order by 2:30 for DPD / DHL)
- If you require a timed delivery, i.e pre 12, please ensure this is selected at checkout.
- If you require your order urgently then please ensure you choose a timed delivery option at the checkout stage.
- Accurate address details must be entered, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery that occur due to an incorrect address detail.
- If you would like to add any delivery instructions, please add to the notes section at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the instructions will be followed by the delivery person.
- Next Day services are a non-guaranteed service and may on occasion take longer and do not include Saturday delivery.

Our delivery charges exclude helium gas (rental cylinders) and large quantities of weights and some parts of the United Kingdom, we will advise you of additional delivery charges if they are any different from our above standard charges.
Any overdue accounts will incur delivery charges on all orders.
