CONDITIONS OF SALE

Orders Via Website:-


We do not accept any online payments through our website.


Once you have completed and sent your 1st order through our website, we shall raise an invoice for all 'in stock' goods being dispatched to you, a member of our team will then call you by phone in order to take payment details before your order may be dispatched. You may alternatively contact us by phone and provide payment details prior to this if you prefer.


Please ensure we have all your correct contact numbers in order to prevent delay of dispatch of your order.

 

New Customers:-

 

All new customers must provide evidence that they are in trade and are a re-seller or large user of products sold by House Parti.

Payment may be made by cash, credit card by phone and cheque (funds must clear before goods will be dispatched)

Payments may also be made directly into our bank account please enquire for our bank details.

 

 Terms:- 


All orders must be paid for before prior to dispatch.

 

Note that in all cases if any credit is granted by us as a privilege and as such may be revoked at any time if any of our Terms are breached. House Parti retains the right governed by the Laws of the Land to charge a service charge at the rate of 3% per month on overdue accounts. Any overdue accounts will incur delivery charges on all orders.

 

Legal Title:-

 

Legal title of all goods supplied is retained by House Parti until such time as they have been paid for inclusive of carriage (where applicable) and Government taxes.

Delivery values exclude vat, helium gas, large quantities of weights, discounts and discounted products.


We shall not be held liable for any delays or non-deliveries whatsoever our contracted couriers may encounter delivering your order to you, please always allow additional time for urgent orders due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur.


Claims:-

 

A valid claim regarding damaged goods or consignment shortages will be addressed providing House Parti is notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt or non-delivery of the order - Please request our claims procedure for any faulty products.


We are unable to give credits / refunds for any products that are 12 months or older. 


We reserve the right to adjust prices to cover increases in supplier or delivery costs without prior notice and to alter these terms & conditions without notice.

All customers are subject to Minimum Yearly Spends which are reviewed yearly and must be met (available on request) in order to take advantage of our FREE DELIVERY.

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods to, or provision of work for the Customer.

All prices quoted in brochures or catalogues are subject to confirmation at time of order and exclusive of VAT which will be chargeable in accordance legislation current at the date of supply
.

Please note timed services are not available in all areas of the UK, if they are selected and subsequently not available for your delivery address a member of our team shall contact you.
