1. How do I place an online order
Please first complete the registration process on the web site.
Once your registration is complete and you have received your authorisation email you may then begin to place an order.
To place an order either browse the web site and add products to your basket or place an order via 'Quick Order' function if you have the product codes of the items you would like.
Once you have completed your order then go through to the checkout and follow the instructions and process your order.
You do not need to pay for your order at this stage. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will. call you for payment details if you have not previously given these to us or this is your first order.

2. Why should I buy from House Parti
Our customers are our partners in business and we aim to build long, prosperous and committed relationships with them.
We offer advice, one of the largest competitively priced ranges of products available from one supplier which in turn makes it easier for you to manage your business day to day.
You receive one invoice rather than receiving many all from different suppliers which makes administration much simpler for you.
Also your delivery costs will be reduced as you receive one delivery with all your products which in turn avoids having to undertake carriage paid orders from many suppliers.

3. How do I pay
We do not accept payments via the website, once you have placed your order and is picked and ready for dispatch you will then receive a call from our accounts office to obtain payment details.
You may pay by credit or debit card, or alternatively make a payment into our bank account online or at a branch please ask for our bank details and we will be happy to provide these to you, if you are collecting your order you may then also pay cash on collection.
We do not operate credit accounts and all orders must be paid for before dispatch by cleared funds.

4. Can I collect my order
You may collect your order if you wish, please tick the collection box on the order screen below the delivery options when placing your order.
Please note all orders placed before 12pm that day will be available for collection after 3pm on that day.

6. What is your minimum order
We do not have a minimum order, you may order as much or as little and as often as you prefer, however we have an annual spend of £1000 per year in order to have continued supply from us.

7. May I return something I have ordered
We do not offer sale or return on our products. However if you wish to return an item then please contact us and we will be happy to advise further.

8. How long will it take my order to arrive
All orders received before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day and delivered on the next working day usually, however this is not a guaranteed service and if you require a guaranteed service for next day then please select a guaranteed timed delivery service at the checkout procedure.
All orders received after 12pm will leave on the following working day.

9. The product I want is showing out of stock or pre - order how long will it take to arrive
If your item is out of stock or a pre-order product we will place an order with our suppliers and may take up to 3 to 6 working days to arrive.
If you require your products urgently then please contact us for further information.

We only sell to the trade or frequent users of our products. If you would like to be a customer but are unsure if you qualify then please contact us and we shall be happy to advise further.

As an additional service to our customers we have many special products which are sourced and held for them, these products are not shown on the website, if you require this service please contact us for further details.
If you would like to order Smiffys products please order these by email, fax or over the phone until we have updated our website with these products.

We place orders every week with our suppliers, if you require products which will require ordering from our suppliers then please contact us if you require these urgently.

Please complete our registration form on the home page on the top header on the website, once you have received approval from us you will then be able to browse the whole website and view prices and stock availability.

You may order products from us not shown on our website that come from our usual suppliers, please give us a call and we will be happy to advise further

Please contact us so we may discuss your individual needs, we do offer discounts for volume buying customers and our loyal customers that satisfy certain conditions and spends.

19. Can I build an order up without sending it and add to it once I have sent it
Yes you may start an order and add to it as you wish over the course of a few days and then send the order to us once it is complete. You may add to your order once you have sent it to us as long as it has not been packed if you need to add to it then always best to phone us as time will be short before it is dispatched.
